In connection with biodiversity conservation and restoration the Biodiversity management Committee of Sree Narayanapuram Grama panchayath conducted a program for announcing the launch of biodiversity clubs in the schools and colleges with the technical support of Hornbill Foundation. Mrs. Jaya Sunil, Vice President delivered the welcome address, Mr. M.S. Mohanan, Panchayath President presided over the ceremony. The program was inaugurated by Shri. E. T. Tyson Master held at seminar hall of MES Asmabi College on 10th January 2023. About 200 participants were presented including the local community, Panchayath members, PG students of Research Department of Botany, MES Asmabi College.
